Can't wait to see EVERYONE!
Hello Everyone! Hope you're all doing well~ We here at ATNYC have been working hard for the past few months on something special for you guys! As some of you may or may not have seen, we're going to start selling goods that no fan of Japanese Street Fashion should be without!
ATNYC's online store The Bishonen's Closet is still in the makes, but in the meantime, you can purchase these pre-sale items and get them before they officially go on sale at NYAF!
Right now we have available:
Safe Suicide Chains : Lip-to-Ear/Nose-to-Ear Chain
“Safe” suicide chains are a product developed by ATNYC for Visual lovers who want their fashion to speak for themselves!
Our “safe” suicide chains use silver-plated spring-closure for a realistic but “safe” clip-on piercing. We do not advise attaching chains to real piercings, especially at concerts or other high traffic events for your own safety! We strive to use the highest quality materials, while keeping prices affordable. All materials are lead safe and tested by models for durability.
You will receive special care instructions with each purchase.
Original Single Chain -- Item AT001J $7.00 plus S&H (USPS Priority $5.50)
Triple – Tricolor Chain -- Item AT002J $8.50 plus S&H (USPS Priority $5.50)
At this moment we're only shipping within the United States and are only accepting paypal as a method of payment until our site is updated. For payments, you can request an invoice by emailing shop@alonetogethernyc.com. Be sure to include the item number, quantity desired, and your complete mailing address that you would like to receive the package at. You will be sent an invoice within 24-48 hours where you can confirm the order and send payment.
We're also working on other accessories for both Street and Lolita Fashion -- such as earrings, mini hats, wrist cuffs, and pendants~ so look forward to that! ('-^)b
*REMINDER*
ATNYC WILL be at NYAF in the artist alley, so come stop by and see what we got!
And Keep in touch with all our updates and nonsense at :
Well it's been a bit of a roller coaster with all the behind the scene happenings. Just to update everyone and let them know we're not dead and very much active. We're currently working on re-vamping the website. Staff will now be using the facebook fan page -- search Alone Together NYC (I guess they're called "Like" pages now XD), as well as our twitter (yes.. we have a twitter too follow us at http://twitter.com/atnycnews) to update on whatever they're working on. We're also doing photoshoots so expect some behind the scene pics up soon on the facebook group page as well. With all these things happening it's kind of sad to bring you guys bad new but someone has to do it.
As of right now, we will NOT be doing our fashion show panel for NYAF/NYCC this year. Apparently due to the high demand for panel space we were not able to get a panel slot this year. Our staff is currently trying to work something out to get us in. Although we are not having our fashion show, we will have a table in the artist alley where you can buy accessories and maybe catch one of the models working the table.
Sorry guys.. Maybe we'll work on something else in the mean time.
Hello Everyone!
I hope everyone’s New Year is so far so good!
First off I want to apologize about our lack of activity. We are not dead, nor have we forgotten about all of you~ With staff roles changing after our last event and real life stuff picking up, it took us a while to get our footing back.
So in order to get back into the swing of things, we decided on an informal get-together. And what better time and place to do it than Sakura Matsuri!!! ATNYC designers and models will be at BBG’s Sakura Matsuri on Saturday, so come by to chat with designers and take pictures with our models. Details are still being worked out but I will keep everyone updated via one of the fb outlets (fyi we also have a fan page [Alone Together NYC], which will become more active so go join it) and livejournal.
Also since we all miss you guys so much, we want to hear what you guys have to say~! If you have any ideas or suggestions about future events you would like to see us do, comments on past events we did, questions for models or designers, or if you just want to say “HI”.. Send us a message, comment on our wall, email us at info@alonetogethernyc.com (just put ATNYC in the subject title so it doesn’t go in the spam folder), let loose homing pigeons, use smoke signals, whatever floats your boat. We want to hear for you guys!
Thank you always for your support and putting up with our antics!
<3 ATNYC Staff

So one of the goals of ATNYC is to bring a taste of Japanese pop-culture to New York and that is exactly what the lovely people from Tokyo Rebel did. On October 3rd, they opened a store in downtown manhattan (170 Avenue B, New York, NY 10009, between 10th and 11th streets). Now you can get legit Japanese brands (ie. SEX POT ReVeNGe, Atelier-Pierrot, ALGONQUINS and Victorian Maiden) without having to learn a new language or deal with oversea drama~ And fear not those of you who just can’t make it to the store, they have a website (link) from which you can order from!! Go check out their store or website and fill your closet with a bunch of goodies :D
Note: ATNYC is not affiliated with Tokyo Rebel in any way. I’m just spreading the love and news of their awesomeness <3 They are great people who are doing a great thing bringing a taste of Japan to NYC!

Hello all~
It seems that this year has been plagued with the passing of many of our favorite musicians and icons, one of them being Jasmine You of Versailles who passed a little over a week ago.
It actually wasn't too long that Versailles treated NYC to a great show and fond memories.
With that being said, Kinokuniya is hosting a small gathering to honor his memory.
In memory of Jasmine You of Versailles...
Please gather with us on:
Saturday, Aug 22 @ 6PM
Kinokuniya Bookstore
1073 Avenue of the Americas (between 40th and 40st streets)
New York City
(across the street from Bryant Park)
2nd floor by the cafe.
Wear black and PURPLE, you may bring roses, photos, and of course your memories to share.
Please spread the word to other Versailles fans and those who attended their lives.
